By accessing or using Eight AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Eight AI Enterprise (SSM No. EB-A2026040500445), registered in Malaysia ("we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Eight AI provides an AI-powered WhatsApp communication platform that allows businesses to manage customer conversations with AI-assisted reply drafting, contact management, appointment scheduling, and analytics. The Service connects to WhatsApp via the Meta WhatsApp Business API.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use this Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service and Policies. You agree to:
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Trial data is retained for 7 days after trial expiry.
You may not use the Service to:
The Service uses AI to generate draft replies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any messages sent to your customers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content. You must not send AI drafts without human review unless you have enabled Full Auto mode and accept full responsibility for automated messages.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including your knowledge base, customer contacts, and conversation history. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.
We will keep your business data and customer data confidential. Each client's data is fully isolated. We will not share your data with other clients or use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eight AI Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious violations. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes.
