2. What Information We Collect

We collect information in two categories:

From our business clients (clinics, businesses):

• Business name, contact details, and WhatsApp Business Account information
• Knowledge base content (services, FAQs, staff schedules)
• WhatsApp conversation logs between the business and their customers

From end users (customers of our clients):

• WhatsApp phone number and display name
• Message content sent to the business via WhatsApp
• Appointment and booking information shared in conversation

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-drafted reply suggestions for business clients
• To maintain conversation history and contact records
• To provide appointment management and follow-up features
• To generate analytics and performance reports for business clients
• To send automated reminders and follow-ups on behalf of business clients

4. WhatsApp and Meta

Our platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Message delivery and receipt is governed by Meta's infrastructure. By using our platform, your WhatsApp communications are processed through Meta's systems in accordance with WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

5. AI Processing

Message content is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate reply suggestions. This processing is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Each business client's data is fully isolated — no cross-account data sharing occurs. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

7. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for the duration of the client's subscription plus 90 days. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Meta Platforms (for WhatsApp message delivery)
• Anthropic (for AI draft generation)
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting

9. Your Rights (PDPA Malaysia)

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent for processing
• Request deletion of your personal data
